THERESPAK is a world-class engineering services company providing borescope inspections of gear boxes of wind turbine, thermal plants pipelines, tanks, pressure vessels, heat exchangers, aircraft engines and more. THERESPAK inspection services group uses state-of-theart equipment to deliver results of the highest quality available in the industry today. Our borescope inspection technology can determine problems of bearings, gear wheels defects ,welds, detect corrosion issues, identify blockages, examine for presence of cracks, as well as other discontinuities. Our proficient technicians deliver accurate results, providing our clients thorough findings to problems that otherwise could lead to serious or potentially hazardous outcomes. Endoscopy
A wind turbine gearbox inspection allows to reduce wind turbine repairs costs and minimize downtime. We use top class equipment to detect failures as early as possible to increase efficiency of wind turbine. Our service of inspection includes: gearbox components inspection with video endoscopy, checking gearbox components condition, oil and lubricants sampling. The inspection may be scheduled due to worrisome vibrations or noises from the gearbox. The endoscopy images provide a visual documentation of surface and the evidence if the component is damaged with fractures, wear or corrosion Medium and low-speed gear detection: in the planetary gear part, some tooth flakes are peeled off and worn Tooth end face damage detection
